Funding will bolster new product launches, deepen partnerships, and expand the bank’s international footprint

FORT LEE, N.J. - CRB Group, Inc., the parent company of Cross River Bank (“Cross River”), a technology infrastructure provider that offers embedded financial solutions, today announced a $50 million common equity capital raise. The investment comes from certain existing Cross River investors, accounts advised by T. Rowe Price Investment Management, Inc. (“T. Rowe Price”), reinforcing the organization’s vision for modern financial services.
