Today, we’re proud to debut our 2025 Social Responsibility Impact Report, detailing a year defined by hands-on service, expanded global partnerships, and employee-driven impact through Foundation@, our philanthropic arm.

Grounded in our four core pillars – Education for the Future; Economic Development and Community Enrichment; Health and Human Services; and Advancement Through Technology – our philanthropic strategy reflects our belief that purpose and performance are interconnected. Throughout 2025, employees across every level of the company gathered to uplift communities in moments of need and invest in long-term opportunity.

Across each community we serve, we leveraged one of our greatest strengths – financial expertise – to empower the next generation and those with limited access through education. We advanced financial education for students, seniors, and underserved communities through more than 750 hours of financial literacy instruction delivered by our employees. Partnerships with organizations like Hockey in New Jersey, Junior Achievement, HEAF, Machshava Tova, and Girls Dream Code expanded learning opportunities, career exposure, and pathways in technology.

To give back to new areas and expand our support even further, we extended our national footprint by adding Colorado, Arizona, Minnesota, and Arkansas to our 50 States of Philanthropy initiative. Through this initiative, we partnered with organizations addressing critical issues such as community safety, STEM access, homelessness prevention, economic empowerment, and combating antisemitism. These partnerships reflect our philosophy of “Giving Without Borders”—a recognition that community support is not bound by geography, and that giving back is most impactful when we meet people where they are, regardless of location.

Internationally, we continued our on-the-ground humanitarian efforts in Israel, mobilizing employees to deliver relief, support rebuilding efforts, and stand with communities recovering from the October 7 attacks. Major initiatives included the launch of the Cross River Magen David Adom Venes Safadi Paramedic Life Saving Training Program, which expanded EMT training in underserved Druze communities, and a $1 million contribution to Ziv Hospital as part of the fourth installment of the Bays of Life program, enhancing its security and emergency infrastructure.

In total, employee volunteerism rooted in personal and professional passion projects resulted in our ability to support more than 200 organizations worldwide. Civic engagement and partnerships enabled us to connect with organizations across New Jersey, New York, and Israel to deliver critical mental health services, emergency medical response, domestic violence prevention, small business recovery, and food distribution. Through these initiatives, we showed up consistently and meaningfully for the communities that need it most. It's a reflection of a simple but powerful belief: our true impact isn't measured only by what we build, but by those who we uplift along the way.

Our 2025 Impact Report is a testament to our dedication to service, responsibility, and community-building. Through Foundation@, we’re honored to continue supporting mission-aligned partners, responding to crises with agility, and creating sustainable pathways to opportunity across the globe.
