Cross River announces the appointment of Yoni Colb as Head of Operations in Israel

JERUSALEM, ISRAEL - Cross River, which develops infrastructure for the banking and fintech sectors, announced the appointment of Yoni Colb as Head of Operations in Israel. The company, which focuses its R&D division in Israel, already employs about 180 employees in Israel, most of them development and software personnel, and plans to significantly expand its operations in Israel in the coming years.

Yoni Colb, who has many years of experience in his field, served in his last position as CEO of Via Software, a subsidiary of Via Mobility, and established the company's development centers in Jerusalem and northern Israel. Prior to that, he served as a CTO for the Road Safety Authority's Road Guardians app. 

In addition, Colb was one of the first developers of applications for Apple and later founded and managed the software company Quickode, which was acquired by Commit. He also served in management and technology positions in various startups. Colb is a graduate of the Faculty of Physics at the Hebrew University and serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Azrieli College of Engineering as well as the Lev Academic Center and is active in a number of incubators and accelerators in Jerusalem. He is a father of four and lives in Jerusalem.
